DeceiverYou have a strange effect on me, Like the moon pulling at the foaming sea. I dream, I wander, I sit alone, And wonder if I’ll ever grow. Never dared to taste the sun, Never dreamed to touch the moon. You beckon me to break free, But I can't move; can't make a sound. Bravery is but a dream. To others, though, it may seem That I simply wallow in self-pity, When in truth, I just, simply, wallow. I wallow, I weep, I stare at the ground, Am I insane, or am I just hurt? Can I escape this trap of my mind? Twisting and turning, it starts to unwind.Deceiver

You Cannot Hold True Beauty...A butterfly lands next to a young boy. Bright red and white, it compels the boy to move closer. He is captivated by its delicate wings that span the rock it’s sitting on. The intricate patterns of color are mesmerizing to the boy. The wings are so beautiful; he can’t help but want them for himself. Reaching out, he rips the wings off of the butterfly, only to see them lying shredded in his hand. They are not the beautiful wings he saw just a moment ago. Now they are just a tattered afterthought of beauty. You Cannot Hold True Beauty...
